USCAP is in evolution with transformative thinking that embraces the differences among us as we create a culture of inclusion that honors and respects diversity.

The Academy has engaged two dedicated experts to help us reach a culture of inclusion and to develop a strategic plan to advance DEI within USCAP. We introduce Floyd Pitts and Marisa Szem-Stafford who will engage members in evolving this culture. Both consultants have helped prestigious entities achieve success with similar initiatives.
