He is known for helping boards and investment committees navigate complex financial decisions while emphasizing transparency, independence, and long-term stewardship.

He is a frequent speaker for nonprofit and association audiences, presenting on fiduciary responsibility, reserve strategy, ETF implementation, and governance best practices. Juliana Salamone is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Raffa, where she works closely with nonprofit clients and individuals to develop thoughtful, prudent investment strategies aligned with their goals, preferences, and financial conditions. She brings 10 years of deep experience serving clients, guiding them through comprehensive financial planning, portfolio construction, and ongoing investment oversight. Juliana is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an investment adviser representative of Raffa.

Kristie Mitchell, CAP®

Biography
Kristie Mitchell is Senior Manager of Charitable Consulting at DAFgiving360™. She provides independent investment advisors with innovative solutions to incorporate charitable planning into the wealth management process, and to help clients achieve maximum charitable impact. Kristie has over 23 years of experience in financial services, most recently with Schwab Advisor Services for 10 years. Prior to that, she was a financial advisor at Freedom Financial Services and American Express Financial Advisors and held investment and trading roles at UBS. Kristie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Georgia State University. She holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation.

Kristie lives in Georgia and is passionate about increasing financial literacy for children in her community. She volunteers at many local schools as a Financial Literacy Consultant, hosts community financial literacy classes, and obtained her Certified Financial Education Instructor’s License from the National Financial Educators Council in 2022. She also serves on various school councils, PTO boards and is a Community Board Member for the Fayette County Education Foundation.
