MAN Chenin Blanc, Coastal Region

This refreshing white is a crisp, expressive, light-bodied wine with vibrant aromas of quince, pear and pineapple. On the palate, fresh stone-fruit and apple flavors are backed by refreshing acidity, minerality, and a well-rounded mouth-feel. A versatile food wine that will pair well with poultry, shellfish, and vegetable dishes. Also, fabulous as an aperitif for a hot summer afternoon.

The Wolftrap Red Blend

A beautiful Rhone-inspired blend of Syrah and Mourvedre, hailing from the French-corner of this diverse land, the Wolftrap features flavors of ripe plums, red currants, violets, Italian herbs, and exotic spices. The perfume of the nose wafts out of the glass with a certain smokiness and aromas of darker berries, licorice, cardamom, star anise, and cinnamon. The wine is fresh and vibrant with hints of fennel seed, orange peel, cloves, and black pepper lingering on a juicy finish.
