In accordance with USCAP Policy and ACCME guidelines, the faculty members for these Short Courses were required to complete disclosure forms indicating whether or not they have any significant financial or other relationship with a commercial company, entity, or service (which would be discussed in this educational program) which might be perceived as influencing the content or conclusions reached in this presentation.
