USCAP FOUNDATION DONOR RECOGNITION & GIVING SOCIETIES

Philanthropy has been at the cornerstone of the Acadamy's history over the last 100 years. Therefore, to honor donors who include USCAP in their philanthropic plans each year, the USCAP Foundation has created the Global Donor Society, Leadership Forum, President's Cornerstone Club and Academy Circle to gratefully recognize and acknowledge these annual donations in meaningful ways. Donors who support the USCAP Foundation are recognized as members of these annual giving societies for the year their gift is received.
GLOBAL DONOR SOCIETY       $5,000–$24,999 Annual Gifts
The USCAP is a global society that reaches pathologists all over the world. This special giving society recognizes the global association to pathologists all over the world by acknowledging these special groups of donors with this in mind.

LEADERSHIP FORUM       $2,500–$4,999 Annual Gifts
Leadership is at the heart of the Academy so the Foundation's Leadership Forum is a very special recognition club that honors annual donors and their dedication to the Academy and provides very special acknowledgment in the following ways.

The President's Cornerstone Club recognizes the impact that gifts at this level play in supporting the Academy with various projects that the Foundation support and acknowledge colleagues at this level in the following manner.

ACADEMY CIRCLE
For those whose dedication includes an annual gift of $50–$999, the USCAP Foundation is pleased to acknowledge these generous donors as members in the Academy Circle and provide the following levels of recognition depending on their gift.

BRONZE MEMBER$500–$999 Annual Gifts

USCAP FOUNDATION CUMULATIVE GIVING SOCIETY

The Founder's Society is based on the firm belief that the USCAP's future of excellence and reach is tied to the historical and consistent support of its constituents and friends. The Founder's Society gives us the opportunity to express our gratitude to those donors who have reached a higher level of gifting through dedicated years of contributions. Specifically, the Founder's Society goal is to recognize those individuals, corporations and foundations whose cumulative generosity has allowed the USCAP to achieve higher levels of excellence. Members of the USCAP Foundation Founder's Society receive the following benefits:
  1. Members' names will be included on USCAP Foundation Donor Wall displayed on the USCAP Foundation webpage; on the USCAP Foundation Annual Meeting recognition signage; and in the USCAP newsletter

  2. Members will be invited to an annual recognition event.

  3. Invitation to President / EVP Suite Reception at Annual Meeting

  4. Recognition during the Business Meeting at Annual Meeting
